Payment Policy – Itemcart

At Itemcart, we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment option to ensure a simple and secure shopping experience for all our customers.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Pay in cash when your order is delivered
• No additional handling fee – COD is free of charge
• Simple and convenient payment method

Payment Terms

Full Payment on Delivery: The full amount must be paid in cash at the time of delivery. Orders will not be handed over until payment is received.
No Online Payments: We currently do not accept prepaid or online payment methods.

Invoice and Billing

• A proper tax invoice will be included with your package or sent to your registered email
• You will receive an order confirmation email with product details and total payable amount

Security

• We follow a secure process from order to delivery
• Your contact and delivery details remain confidential

Additional Fees

• No extra charges for Cash on Delivery orders
• No hidden charges – the price at checkout is final

Order Cancellations

Cancellation Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours by emailing us at itemcart.in@gmail.com.
Refunds: Since only COD is available, refunds are generally not applicable unless payment was made in error. Any such cases will be resolved within 7 business days.
