Return & Replacement Policy – Itemcart

We have a 1-day replacement policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a replacement.

Important Policy Guidelines

Returns are not accepted for size issues, quality concerns, or personal preferences.
Product sizes are clearly mentioned in the product description.
Replacements are issued only after proper inspection.
An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate any replacement request.

Note: Product will not be accepted under any condition without an opening video.

Eligible Cases for Replacement

  • Wrong item received (must be verified via unboxing video)
  • Damaged or defective item received (must be verified via unboxing video)

Non-Eligible Cases

  • Items damaged or washed by the customer
  • Items not in original packaging with box and inserts
  • Items not in original condition
  • Health-related products

Replacement Eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Our team will review submitted photos and videos to determine eligibility.
The final decision rests with our team.

Return & Refund Charges

A flat return fee of ₹120 may be applicable in case of approved returns for size-related issues (if applicable).

For prepaid orders:
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refunds will be processed after deducting shipping charges.

Itemcart is not responsible for overpayment made to the delivery agent without verifying the bill amount.

Requests raised after the 1-day window will not be accepted.

Return Process

If your product is damaged or incorrect, send the following within 1 day of delivery:

  • Product photos
  • Invoice photo
  • Unboxing video

Send all details to the same email ID from which you received your order confirmation. Requests without video and invoice will not be processed.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases such as:

  • Significant delivery delays
  • Repeated incorrect or damaged deliveries

Approved refunds will be processed to your UPI ID or bank account.

How to Request a Replacement

Email your order number, phone number, and issue details to: itemcart.in@gmail.com

  • Include photos and unboxing video
  • If approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged
  • After inspection, replacement will be issued if eligible

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may need to courier the product back. Replacement will be processed after inspection.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. Report any issues immediately within 1 day.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
